What We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, booking form or newsletter signup on this website, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, travel dates, party size, interests and any message you include. We do not collect payment card information through this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, design and quote a travel itinerary, process bookings you confirm with us, and, only if you opt in, send occasional travel guides and offers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share the minimum necessary information with lodges, permit authorities (such as the Rwanda Development Board) and transport partners required to deliver a trip you have booked. These partners are only given the details relevant to fulfilling your booking.
Data Retention
We retain enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@inkatours.co.rw. You may also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link provided in that email.
