If you only need a lift

Group and family arrivals

If your party is arriving on different flights, perhaps family joining from separate cities, we can coordinate pickups for each arrival rather than requiring everyone to land together. Tell us each traveller's flight details and we plan the sequence so no one waits at the airport longer than necessary, and so the vehicle or vehicles are ready to combine the group once everyone has cleared immigration.

Meeting point and identification

We agree a clear meeting point before your flight lands, usually just outside the arrivals hall, and your driver or our representative holds a name board so you can find each other easily in the crowd that gathers after an international arrival. If you are collecting a self-drive vehicle rather than meeting a driver, we confirm the exact counter or office location in advance so you are not searching for it after a long flight.

First stop after the airport

Many visitors head straight into Kigali for their first night, while others push on towards Musanze or Akagera the same day if the flight lands early enough. We can advise on what is realistic given your arrival time, since starting a long drive immediately after an overnight flight is not always the most comfortable choice, even with a driver handling the road.

Departing from the airport

Airport pickup often works alongside an airport drop-off at the end of your trip. If you started with a rental vehicle and driver, the same arrangement can bring you back to the airport in time for your departing flight, with allowance built in for Kigali traffic and check-in requirements. Arriving late at night

International flights into Kigali sometimes land late in the evening.
